We're Hiring: Lead EMS Operations Supervisor
LifeStar Response is looking for a Lead Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team!
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, holding teams accountable, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and field operations, including:
- Tracking attendance, punctuality, call-offs, and timekeeping issues.
- Addressing employee concerns such as lateness, dress code, professionalism, and performance.
- Providing coaching and participating in corrective action.
- Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing issues.
- Generating and reviewing operational reports.
- Conducting fact-finding and employee investigations.
- Maintaining uniform inventory and coordinating orders.
- Managing truck and vehicle logistics between bases.
- Monitoring Samsara activity and providing driver coaching.
- Working closely with Operations and HR to resolve employee and operational concerns.
- Supporting supervisors and employees with day-to-day operational needs.
- Identifying recurring issues and helping develop solutions.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a dependable, organized leader who can communicate clearly, address problems directly, and follow through.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle employee issues professionally and objectively.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in EMS, transportation, healthcare, logistics, or a similar operational environment preferred.
- Experience with Samsara or fleet/telematics systems is a plus.
