We’re growing and looking for experienced Paratransit Drivers (with Z endorsement) to join our team, you’ll be part of a company that values your skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.

If you’re a skilled driver with a Z Endorsement and a heart for helping others, this role is for you. As a Paratransit Driver, you’ll be more than a driver — you’ll be a trusted part of someone’s daily routine, helping passengers travel safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

What You’ll Do:

Safely operate paratransit vehicles while following DOT and company standards.
Provide door-to-door service for passengers with mobility challenges.
Assist with boarding, wheelchair securement, and mobility devices.
Deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and your team.
Complete vehicle inspections and trip documentation.

What You Bring:

Valid driver’s license with Z Endorsement.
Clean driving record.
A positive attitude and strong people skills.
Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs.
Reliability and a safety-first mindset.
Paratransit or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 125 pounds unassisted.
